Examination and Fees


  • MARKSHEET AND CERTIFICATE will be given to those students who passed monthly/final exam. Students fail in exam has to re appear exam after submitting examination fee only.

  • Student final exam will be conducted after completion of course and monthly exam only. Mark sheet and certificate will br given by institute after one month of final exam.

  • Monthly exam after one month of scheduled date and final exam after six month of completion of session will be consider as a back paper.examination fee for black paper will be double of normal fees.

  • Total narks will be calculated after monthly/final exam. Student getting percentage between 60 to 69 awarded third division. Percentage between 70 to 79 awarded second division, percentage between 80 to 90 awarded first division and percentage above 90 awarded special certificate.

  • Monthly and final exam form will be fill between first day of the month to 10th of every month late fee will be charged on 11 day of every month after 12 of every month form is not acceptable.

  • Monthly and final exam can be re schedule next month on any emergency before two working day of monthly/final exam if proper reason/document submitted. Else examination fees automatically cancelled



  • If student family patents transferred to new city and settled there than those students will be transferred if we have a branch in that city

  • Student wants to get transfer from one branch to other branch or main branch has to pay full admission fees and application form fees and get new admission and roll number. Tuition fee already paid will be adjusted to new branch and the adjusted amount has to pay by previous branch to new branch. Student got discount at previous branch will not be consider to new branch.

  • Student will be transfer to nearest branch/main branch if that branch is closed due to any reason.

  • Fees of one course cannot be transfer to other course.


  • Admission form admission fees will not be refunded at any cost. If student deposited tuition fees and did’nt attend any class in that case complete tution fees will be refunded. If he/she attended single class tution fee will not be refunded. If he/she deposit complete tution fees than one month fee will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.

  • Discount of 10 percent will be given on total Tution fees for those candidates who are submitting fees for two or more than two course.

  • If Student request for rechecking/revision than if current fee is more than the previous one student have to pay the defense.

  • If branch got closed due to any circumstances students of that branch will be transfer to nearest branch / main branch and continue his training on paying the remaining amount. Also he had to show previous branch fee receipt and identity card.

  • On seeking re-admission the student will have to deposit the full amount of the fees and no disputation in this regard will be permitted.
